Ayurveda Consultation

An in-depth initial conversation designed to gather details pertaining to your health concerns and goals. We'll review your nutrition and lifestyle needs.  A review of your past and present health and medical conditions, daily habits, and challenges. 

Pulse diagnosis, tongue analysis, and abdominal exam are included.

Herbal Consultation

An in-depth into your health history so that we can gain a clear picture of where you are in your health. We will discuss the goals you wish to achieve in t health, and develop a plan on how to reach them.

You will leave the consult with some kind of recommendation, whether it is lifestyle, herbal, nutritional, or a combination.

Therapeutic Marma Massage

Marma accesses vital energy points located on the surface of the body. Through touch on specific points, with specific fingers, tuning forks and the placement of crystals, Marma therapy can ignite your inner pharmacy to heal many ailments including aches and pains, stress and anxiety, insomnia, digestive issues and more, by creating balance and harmony in your mind and body. 

Nutrition Guidance

We believe in weaving together all dynamic aspect of your life to help you achieve health, which means addressing each piece of the puzzle, the nutrition, the herbs , and the lifestyle habits.

Ayurveda emphasizes in Bio-Individuality.  There is no one right diet out there that works for everyone. We will create your individual program by working to discover what works best for you and get you results.

AyurYoga® Program

Your AyurYoga Program is designed according to what you need based on the capacity of your range of motion, and resources available to you.  It's a private One-On-One AyurYoga® sessions which addresses state of imbalance in Body and Mind through an 8 week individualized program. This systematic protocol will include Breath Work, Movement, Mindfulness Practices such as Meditation and Lifestyle Routines.
