Everyday Fall Cleanse: Tip #2
Hi There!
Deepika here!
🍂 It's time for Tip #2 🍂
AYURVEDA NOTE : In Ayurveda we refer water as soma, the nourishing nectar. As we transition from Pitta season into invariably Vata days, drinking small sips of warm water is a game changer. Seriously! I can’t believe JP Sears hasn’t made funny video on this yet.

Drinking warm water, now here is something that works like a charm. It helps with digestion, cools and balances Pitta dosha, supports Kapha, and counteracts the dryness of Vata. It nurtures, lubricates and also “detoxifies” when it flows out of the body as, well number 1 and the good old pipes for number 2 .
How do you know you might need to drink some good ol’ H2O?
PRACTICAL NOTES : 5 McObvious, not so OBVIOUS SIGNS
Dryness Galore: dry lips, skin, eyes, and hair, especially those dry hands or dry humor
Inflammation Nation: skin rashes and burns, clogged pores, acne, red eyes and that extra puffy feeling.
Pee aka Urine: Yes, check that bro. It matters. the moment you wake up if your pee is dark yellow instead of light yellow (not clear).
Constipation: if you don’t have a bowel movement for 1 full day or longer
Sweat: little to no sweat
SENSIBLE NOTE :
Of course, this isn’t medical advise, it’s friendly information meant to be shared. You should always consult your health care practitioners for suitable and professional guidance.
